Must be able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA 5 days per week. * The mission of this team is to ensure the health stability and high-performance of our global payments platform. * This team is dedicated to operational partner management of our key payment partners processors and service providers. * This team's responsibilities include relationship management investigating triaging and solving payment processing issues supporting new partner integrations and influencing internal stakeholders to help drive the business forward. * Success in this role will require technical knowledge strong analytical/critical thinking skills business acumen and interpersonal ability to manage various partner relationships. * Our ideal candidate is passionate about payments has a track record of influencing change within large organizations and loves developing people. *Responsibilities:* * Be a company-level expert and advocate for the team coordinating across partner teams including Payments Partnerships Finance Treasury Legal and Engineering. * Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels while providing timely and accurate responses to our partners. * Develop and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners. * Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation. * Drive efficiency productivity and customer-experience improvements. * Influence external partners effectively in collaboration with the Payment Partnerships team. * Become an expert in core risk and support infrastructure tools systems and data. * Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels, while providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and/or partners. * Day-to-day partner management * Adyen (core + LPMs) * Ebanx and Dlocal (LPMs) * Chargeback and fraud compliance program tracking * Invoice management *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $93.00/hr.
