The Cohon University Center is a hub of the Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh campus. Designed to support health, wellness, and community engagement, the center offers conference space and meeting rooms, a studio theater, an innovative fitness center, gymnasium, swimming pool, multiple dining locations, and plenty of gathering and study space.
The Cohon University Center, part of the Campus Engagement team that resides within the Student Affairs' division, is searching for a Scheduling Manager for University Space. This is an excellent opportunityif you thrive in an interesting and challenging work environment. Reporting to the Director of the Cohon University Center, you willprimarily be responsible for coordinating use of university space. You will receive and process space requests from university faculty/staff, student organizations, conference and events, annual events, and other university-supported organizations. Additionally, you will work directly with VIP clients requesting university space. Core responsibilities include:
