OverviewThe Microsoft Devices Organization, part of the Experiences + Devices division, oversees the end-to-end physical and digital supply chains for Microsoft's portfolio of hardware and software products, including Surface, Xbox, Accessories, Games, Windows, Office, and more. This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Business Analysis, and AI Enablement, supporting Microsoft Device Protection Plans. As a Program Manager, you will design product offers, business dashboards, and engineering tools, leveraging customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and issues. You will act as a Trusted Technical Advisor to Surface and Gaming teams, helping shape customer strategy, anticipate product-related challenges, and support engineering and sales teams. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze marketplace trends to identify strategic opportunities for business improvement.Own the roadmap for tools and AI-driven insight generation, including business dashboards.Evaluate short-term customer strategy and product alignment; contribute to strategy development.Respond to moderately complex product and project management inquiries from customers.Strengthen customer relationships by providing relevant product guidance and identifying needs.Conduct customer research and align team resources to address potential issues.Identify implementation bottlenecks and contribute to scalable solutions.Support internal training and learning sessions.Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to accelerate deal closure and technology adoption.Assess customer satisfaction and document feedback to inform future deployments.Track and resolve blockers to deployment, ensuring customers meet success conditions.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
