JOB SUMMARY:
Seacoast Wealth Advisors are responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients with at least $1 million in assets under management by delivering comprehensive planning solutions and advice. Partner with a team of specialists to proactively provide holistic wealth management advice and solutions including, but not limited to, portfolio management, business transition planning, strategic asset allocation recommendations, multi-generational estate and tax planning, cash flow analysis, strategic credit, and risk management. This position also leads the Wealth Management business development for assigned market, which includes cultivating internal bank partnerships, and external sourcing via networking, centers of influence, and existing client referrals.

  • Extraordinary sales professional with expert sales, client management, and client service skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services with a proven track record of success.
  • Builds multi-generational relationships with client families.
  • Assertive in asking for business, developing leads and developing referral sources which includes Centers of Influence.
  • World class communicator with ability to take abstract concepts and communicate to a client in a way they can relate to and understand.
  • Superior skill set in identifying and talking about implementation of advice. Demonstrates technical expertise to consistently explain rationale behind the recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurship, multi-year approach to building a business. Highly self-motivated.
  • Develops thoughtful marketing strategies and execution capabilities that consistently fill business development pipeline with qualified prospects.
  • Must be able to articulate tactical adjustments for client investment portfolios.
  • Exceptional listener allowing advisor to tailor recommendation to address client's needs. High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Driven to always learn and improve. Bring a true passion to the business of delivering financial advice to clients.
  • High level of executive presence.
  • Strong team player who is able to lead a team of professionals in serving clients.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on financial issues and regulatory changes.
  • Ability to travel within the state of Florida, occasionally overnight.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • High School Diploma required.
  • 10 years of sales and relationship management experience with proven track record of success in the wealth management industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • CFP, CPA, CFA or JD preferred.
  • Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable insurance license. Candidates will have 90 days from their start to transfer or acquire all of the registrations and licenses required for this position.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with group facilitation, presentations, and public speaking.
  • PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
