Title: Bilingual Caseworker (Clinical or Medical Background) Location: Dallas, TX 75207 Duration: 3+ months' Contract Work Schedule: -A. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8AM - 4:30 PM -B. Wednesday 10AM - 6:30 PM Pay Rate: $30.05/Hr. on W2. Need Bilingual Candidate: Spanish and English (Mandatory)* Job Description: Interview patients, obtain/verify documentation to assess a patient's needs and coverage eligibility for PrEP services and to ensure compliance with patient assistant program requirements as indicated. Perform patient intake, phlebotomy, and collect clinical STI swabs. Triage and answer patient phone calls, conduct patient check-in and registration, conduct appt phone call reminders, perform community outreach.
