Head of Programming - Retail Engagement Summary We are seeking a strategic and creative programming leader to design and deliver culturally relevant in-store, virtual, and digital content experiences. This role drives the vision, development, and execution of programs that engage customers, build community, and support key business priorities. The Head of Programming will collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to produce impactful events and initiatives that elevate the retail experience. Our Ideal Candidate
Job Description In this role, you will build and deliver regional and geo-wide programming strategies that support business objectives while ensuring cultural relevance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, regional leads, and external partners to implement engaging programs across formats such as group events, live sessions, and digital content. This includes identifying talent, developing strategic roadmaps, leading pan-geo initiatives, and measuring program effectiveness. You will also ensure programming ladders up to broader organizational priorities while supporting community engagement and customer experience. Education and Experience
