A leading healthcare client of TEKsystems is seeking 3 Desktop Support Technicians to support the setup of a newly constructed tower on their campus. This short-term ( 3 month) contract is ideal for professionals recently completing assignments and looking to finish the year strong, or for intermediate-level technicians seeking to broaden their experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities * Set up laptops, monitors, and peripherals across multiple floors. * Ensure all hardware is properly connected and operational. * Troubleshoot basic setup issues. * Lift and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as needed. Required Skills * Experience with desktop hardware setup. * Familiarity with Windows environments. * Ability to deploy and configure devices. * Comfortable lifting and moving equipment. Preferred Skills * Windows 10 support and troubleshooting. * General IT support experience. Work Environment * Hospital setting in a newly constructed building. * Fast-paced deployment project with a focus on operational readiness. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
