Description
Summary/Purpose of the Position:
The Quote Success Supervisor is responsible for the Quote Processing Team and ensures all quotes are processed in a timely manner with accuracy in accordance to set policies and guidelines. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Quote team processes creation and implementation
- Ensure processes are followed
- Manage workflow
- Review and vet new customer, new ship to for fraud
- Review team daily stats to ensure yearly/monthly goas are met
- Monthly team member one on ones
- Yearly performance reviews
- Maintain team scorecards for performance
- Assist Order Success Supervisor with backing up for team overall assistance
- Team communication with updates and changes
- Indirectly responsible for product quality
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of sales related customer service tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail skills
- Microsoft Office skills and knowledge (data entry)
- Prior experience utilizing an ERP system
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
