Description

Exciting opportunity to join our team as a Treasury & Business Services Administrator!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury & Business Services Administrator who will help us maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

This individual will work closely with our Cash Management and Treasury Sales Teams, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and seamless client service, while compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for treasury sales and cash management teams.
  • Prepare proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses in collaboration with sales officers.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information in systems of record, update pipeline activity and track onboarding statuses.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries for management.
  • Assist with account opening packages, required documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (KYC/AML, CIP, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal partners (retail, operations, compliance, marketing, and product specialists) to support smooth client onboarding and servicing.
  • Monitor implementation of treasury management and digital banking products, ensuring timely follow-up with clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, routing them appropriately and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support sales campaigns, client events, and marketing initiatives including attending conferences.
  • Participate in company committees and projects as requested.

Work Location: This position can be performed remotely within our VT or NH service areas.

What You Bring

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, banking, or sales support experience required; treasury/cash management knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within banking (KYC, BSA/AML, confidentiality).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels; ability to advocate for themselves and clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
