| Job Summary: To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Manager who will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of Microsoft D365 F&SCM solutions to help manage strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Solutions and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting. Job Duties: Strategy, Requirements & Selection:  
 
 
 Participates in defining needs for existing and new Microsoft Dynamics (D365) F&SCM solutionsDocuments existing applications, related business processes, and personas impactedIdentifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirementsEnvisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clientsUnderstands related security structures and best practicesDesigns and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applicationsCreates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate optionsSupports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
 
 Solution Functional Design: 
 
 
 Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications contexts, to provide maximized business value and deliver strong business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraints
 
 Consulting:  
 
 
 Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
 
 Program & Project Management:  
 
 
 Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementationsDocuments and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budgetMonitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activitiesDevelops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
 
 Implementation and Support: 
 
 
 Provides functional support of EBA solutions and related technologiesManages and resolves issues, defects, and change requestsManages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directedProvides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live supportResponsible for configuration of solution based on requirementsFosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the teamTravel - up to 25%, as neededOther duties as required

 Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:  
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, required
 
 Experience: 
 
 
 Eight (8) or more years of ERP business process analysis and/or leading ERP projects experience, requiredFive (5) or more years of consulting experience within the Microsoft D365 F&SCM platform, requiredSome client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred
 
 License/Certifications: 
 
 
 One or more current business applications technology certifications, preferred
