We're looking for an

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Residential Supervisor works alongside the Residential Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and service delivery at assigned community-based residences. They support therapeutic programming while managing administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
- Promote a workplace and client environment that honors diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Implement and adjust daily schedules for clients and staff, ensuring program adherence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment; report facility issues promptly.
- Coach and train staff, including onboarding new team members.
- Communicate client and program issues to the Residential Supervisor or on-call administrator; report critical incidents immediately.
- Monitor staff performance and address issues in collaboration with the Residential Supervisor.
- Oversee program operations, including data collection, menus, shift assignments, and recordkeeping.
- Shall be medication administration certified and shall ensure that medication is correctly dispensed and where appropriate shall supervise individuals who are on a self- medication program. Additionally, the Assistant Residential Supervisor support division leadership with medication audits as needed.
- Ensure that staff performance issues are brought to the immediate attention of the Residential Supervisor. In serious situations shall call the on-call administrator to report the incident.
- Coordinate response for missing clients and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Ensure accurate execution of treatment programs, behavior management systems, and medication administration; support medication audits.
- Maintain emergency readiness for fire drills, alarms, and physical plant issues.
- Manage client finances in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, professional development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with program budgeting and ensure all individual medical needs are met, coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
- Serve as a forward-facing representative of the program and agency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Residential Supervisor.
Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for computer tasks.
- Capable of extended computer work.
- Able to perform light lifting.
- Comfortable in moderate noise and various workspaces.
Shift: Full-time, Tuesday 2-10p, Wednesday 1-10p, Thursday 2:30-10p, Friday 2:30-10p, and Saturday 11a-7p
