Job Title: AI Workforce Analyst
Location: Chantilly, VA ( Remote )
Job Summary:


  • We are seeking a highly experienced AI Workforce Analyst to support strategic workforce transformation initiatives across federal and enterprise environments.
  • This long-term remote contract position is ideal for a visionary strategist with a proven track record in data-driven talent management, AI workforce modeling, and digital transformation.
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work by aligning emerging technologies with human capital strategies.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled workforce models, including proxy workforce mapping and predictive analytics
  • Analyze large-scale personnel data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for digital workforce optimization
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to support talent management and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across government, industry, and academia to align workforce strategies with mission needs
  • Author high-impact deliverables including memos, reports, and strategic frameworks for digital talent initiatives
  • Support the development of Responsible AI programs, ensuring ethical and policy-aligned use of large language models
  • Conduct organizational studies and benchmarking to inform workforce planning and operational improvements
  • Design and manage recognition programs such as AI and Data Awards to foster innovation and excellence



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Human Capital Management, Public Policy, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in workforce strategy, change management, or digital transformation within federal or enterprise settings
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI) and workforce modeling techniques
  • Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, and software engineering workforce domains
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with federal HR systems (Oracle HCM, Workday) and cloud migration projects
