What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will support project executives on multiple projects and assignments while developing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects. This role requires identifying and addressing areas of concern regarding potential risks surrounding projects, logistical issues, budget, and scope management. You'll coordinate and track all vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) while interacting with, holding accountable, and negotiating with contractors and subcontractors. Your expertise will be essential in preparing project status reports, processing invoices, and maintaining files for due diligence and financials while actively tracking project performance against schedules and critical paths.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments while developing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects
  • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risks surrounding projects, logistical issues, budget, and scope
  • Coordinate and track all Vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) while managing vendor relationships
  • Interact, hold accountable, and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path milestones
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project work with multiple on-site teams to mitigate risk and facility impacts
  • Demonstrate proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in timely and cost-effective manner
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets
  • Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
  • Ability to be adaptable and agile to client changes and requests
  • Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in fast-paced team or independent environment
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel estimated at approximately 20-25%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/MS Project/Project Management Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction management or real estate
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, and space planning concepts
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Development Services technology applications
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Experience with due diligence and financial documentation processes
  • Understanding of critical path methodology and project scheduling
  • Experience coordinating multiple on-site teams and stakeholders
