Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Rochester, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle-sourcing a pipeline of qualified candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure the quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
  • Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time team member openings and assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit through behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
  • Interview prospective candidates based on a consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on the company.
  • Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner.
  • Upholds legal requirements, company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all work in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 / hr.

Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: Contract (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sourcing for cleared and non-cleared engineering and technical.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Full life cycle recruiting, manage candidates through the pipelines
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Multi-site.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Technical, Engineering recruiting and sourcing
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Excel and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Manage relationships with managers and HRBPs
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management with 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting
  • Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Engineering recruiting and sourcing background
  • Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (20-25+, at most 30 - 35)
  • Strong Negotiation skills to align with offers for both managers and the candidate
  • Candidates with an agency background are good as they have good sourcing backgrounds
