Here's what you'd do:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for our U.S. team.
  • This newly created role will oversee the HR Generalist and partner closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance oversight, and employee engagement.
  • The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping a scalable HR infrastructure and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the client's strategic goals.
  • Lead HR operations for the client's U.S. workforce, ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and business objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR Generalist, providing guidance and support across HR functions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including vendor relationships, candidate experience, and new hire integration.
  • Oversee compliance activities in partnership with ADP TotalSource and internal stakeholders, ensuring accountability and audit readiness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of U.S. workforce data to internal stakeholders, corporate leadership, and external parties such as auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain oversight of HRIS data integrity, working with the HR Generalist and external partners to ensure records are complete, current, and audit-ready.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to U.S. leadership, supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies tailored to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including safety, compliance, and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking key HR metrics, compliance documentation, and workforce analytics.
  • Contribute to HR budgeting, planning, and policy development.
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of HR in support of department and organizational goals.
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders to influence decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Applies sound judgment and analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues and make informed decisions.
  • Effectively manages external HR partners and vendors to ensure service quality and alignment with company needs.
  • Champions initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintains accurate HR data and generates timely reports to support decision-making, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Understands and leverages HR systems and workflows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and service delivery.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $80K - $90K/year with 25% bonus.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Direct Hire.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities and strategic HR partnership.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and vendor management.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of speaking in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience.
  • Expertise in sourcing, selecting, and integrating top talent to support organizational growth.
