A local Healthcare company in Bend, OR is hiring a Tier 1 - IT Support Technician to join the team for a great long term opportunity. Will be required to drive own vehicle to different site locations around the Central Oregon area. Job Description: * Respond promptly and professionally to technical support requests related to workstations, email, printers, user accounts, passwords, and other IT systems. * Deliver high-quality customer service with patience, clear communication, and thorough follow-up to ensure user satisfaction. * Provide hands-on assistance and training to staff on hardware and software usage, organizational standards, and best practices. * Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize a range of IT assets including: * Desktop and laptop workstations * Telephony systems * Networked devices and peripherals * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deactivating user accounts, workstations, and phones. * Assist in the deployment, evaluation, and enhancement of applications and hardware that support operational needs. Qualifications: * 1-3+ years of IT experience including exp with hardware support, peripheral support, imaging machines and installing new software, handling tickets, etc. * Experience with Active Directory, O365, MS Suite and MS Teams * MDM (Endpoint Central) experience is a plus * Windows 11 Support experience * Must have own vehicle to drive to different sites around the Central Oregon area (Mileage will be reimbursed) **If Interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
