TITLE: Senior Director, Field Sales National

LOCATION: Remote Sales

COMP RANGE: $142,183-$236,972/year plus eligibility for sales incentive (SIP) bonus plan

Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Senior Director, Field Sales National to provide leadership and support to the field sales team in achieving volume, distribution and pricing objectives. This role is key to ensuring the appropriate resources are available to support and successfully execute Custom Culinary programs and products with Strategic Distributors, Military, and GPO customers while also providing sound solutions for sales agencies.

As Senior Director, Field Sales National, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provides input in development and implementation of strategic plans to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement customer strategies and service tactics reflective of marketplace and customer requirements.
  • Active involvement in sales forecasting activities and set personal performance goals accordingly.

The Senior Director, Field Sales National position is well suited for you if you have:

  • In-depth understanding of channel sales management in GPO and/or Corporate Accounts Management.
  • Extensive experience in managing food industry sales teams and brokers.
  • Are energized and driven by transformation, growth acceleration and connecting your purpose to the work that you and your team deliver.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in the food industry and managing channel sales management in GPO and/or Corporate Accounts Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of coaching and leading a team of direct reports.
  • Proven experience driving results pertain to channel sales management, building relationships in the context of both GPO and/or Corporate Account Management and their stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.

Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Extensive and proven experience within the Foodservice channel
  • In-depth understanding of Channel Sales Management in GPO/and or Corporate Accounts Management

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, use hands or and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Overnight travel is required.
