Billing Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating directly with KC Sales office, Liberal Shipping departments and Security Guards

• Organizing paperwork for the billing process

• Processing government documents

• Understanding billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork

• Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments

• Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information

• Other duties as assigned

Hours for this position are 6 pmam to 6 am - Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Sunday (rotating weekends)

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Billing Clerk should possess the following:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Possess efficient data entry skills

• Good work history and attendance

• Team Player with good communication skills

• Good telephone etiquette skills

• Possess a professional attitude/conduct

• Must be open to night shift hours and weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 25lbs

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
