Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee evaluations and performance management processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for data entry and workforce management.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives related to organization design and talent management.
  • Participate in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, human capital management, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Kronos or UltiPro is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $59,567.20 to $71,736.84 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
