Schedule + Pay:



  • Monday - Thursday
  • 1st Shift | 6 AM - 4:30 PM
  • $22 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assembly and Fabrication



  • Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, routings, and work instructions to accurately assemble parts and equipment.
  • Layout, cut, and fit components for welding according to specifications.
  • Handle materials, tools, and equipment manually or with a jib crane, performing own hitching as required.
  • Follow piping diagrams to install and connect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses or piping.
  • Rebuild, repair, clean, disassemble/reassemble, and prepare machinery for shipment.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and productivity levels in all tasks.


Welding Responsibilities



  • Determine welding sequence, electrode type and size, machine settings, and tools based on drawings or standard practices.
  • Perform fit-up, layout, and welding, accounting for distortion and shrinkage during assembly.
  • Change and maintain gas cylinders, wire reels, cables, and related welding components.


Electrical Wiring Responsibilities



  • Follow wiring diagrams and schematics to connect electrical cabling accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring or harness wiring as required.
  • Wire mounting panels and junction boxes per documentation.
  • Build or rework harnesses and cables to meet project specifications.


General Responsibilities



  • Comply with all safety policies, work rules, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.
  • Fabricate small components and complete all required production and quality documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering and team members to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and adhere to all Quality Management System requirements.



Qualifications and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5+ years of welding experience in a custom fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and 3D drawings.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
