We specialize in providing a broad range of information technology and related services to both government and commercial customers. Ellumen is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support an upcoming Training Modernization Initiative. The Process Engineer will play a key role in operational transformation by mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business workflows for digital implementation. Their work will enhance efficiency and user experience across departments. Position Summary Process Engineer will support the analysis and redesign of existing workflows and help implement digital solutions using modern automation and collaboration platforms. Major Duties and Responsibilities Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis. Design and document optimized digital workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, or ServiceNow. Collaborate with IT and business units on process validation and testing. Support change management and user adoption initiatives. Ensure compliance with accessibility and data security standards. Minimum Qualifications US Citizenship with the ability to obtain clearance (Active clearance preferred) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, or ServiceNow
