Our client, a leading global Financial Services firm, is looking to add a Product Operations Specialist to their O'fallon, MO team. Description The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible to define and execute onboarding, implementation and monitoring processes for key services like Name Validation Service. * Customer Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, capturing and clarifying operational requirements related to payment processes and services. * Request Intake & Processing: Translate customer needs into internal requests, working cross-functionally with operations, product, and technical teams to ensure accurate execution. * Process Management: Navigate internal systems and workflows to shepherd customer requests through to completion, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring alignment with SLAs. * Timely Execution: Monitor and follow up on open tasks to ensure timely delivery and manage expectations both internally and with customers. * Post-Implementation Tracking: After requests are implemented, track key data points and metrics to validate successful outcomes and identify any operational or production issues. * Issue Escalation: Proactively identify potential issues early, escalate appropriately, and coordinate cross-functional resolution. * Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date records of customer requests, processes followed, and outcomes achieved for internal visibility and auditing purposes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
