Top Global Tech Company Seeking Production Coordinator (social) MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Mobile gaming/emerging technology We're seeking a seasoned Senior Production Coordinator to support a high-impact creative team managing official brand social media accounts across multiple platforms. This role is central to the production of hundreds of content projects-from initial concept through execution and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about social media, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll collaborate with global teams to deliver daily content tailored for international audiences, while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and production workflows. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate all phases of content production: pre-production, production, and post-production * Manage service agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and releases * Track project budgets, estimates, and expenses; provide updates and recommendations * Maintain editorial calendars and ensure data accuracy * Oversee content workflows with freelancers and external partners * Support transcription, translation, and media logistics * Manage equipment inventory and rentals * Archive media and conduct quality assurance on final deliverables * Publish content across social platforms * Assist with community operations and media workflows Required Qualifications * 6+ years of experience in social media production coordination * Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation * Proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and workflow management * Experience producing editorial video content for social platforms * Strong understanding of licensing and legal documentation * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously * Comfortable working with creative teams, editors, and animators * Familiarity with social media publishing tools and creative software Preferred Skills * Background in project coordination or project management * Exposure to media and content creation * Passion for mobile gaming or emerging technologies Why This Role Matters You'll help drive engagement across social channels with millions of followers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
