POSITION: Junior Loan Analyst

Position Summary:

As a Residential Junior Loan Analyst, you will have an in-depth knowledge of residential loan products, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for coordination, preparation, and timely delivery of the initial Loan Estimate and disclosure packages for all home equity and mortgage loan transactions; working both independently and as a team with Loan Officers, Loan Analysts, Branches, Attorneys, and Management to ensure necessary file completion.

Key Result Areas:

* Effectively manage and monitor the loan application pipeline to ensure all home equity and mortgage loans are disclosed within 3 business days of the application date.

* Review Loan Officer data input in all applicable Encompass screens, Conversation log, and file Alerts to ensure accuracy before the initial Loan Estimate application package is provided to the borrower(s).

* Prepare the initial Loan Estimate application package for completion and compliance before being sent to the borrower, utilizing available resources and management for assistance as needed.

* Complete loan file tasks for each application, including but not limited to, order Mavent compliance, obtain deed, obtain real estate tax data, search DNA, search condo concentration, search CPM, order flood certificate, search census tract data, Run DU/LP, obtain condo questionnaire.

* Obtain Loan Administration Fee and order appraisals for mortgage and home equity within department turnaround times.

* Enter loan application data as needed and prepare marketing emails for high producing loan officers.

* Review Investor ineligible list for closing attorney, and condominium projects.

* Obtain mortgage insurance quotes and ensure premiums are accurately input into Encompass before Loan Estimate is provided to borrower(s).

* Attend and participate in regularly scheduled in-person staff meetings and attend daily huddle Teams video call to discuss loan priorities.

* Work both independently and as a team with Mortgage Loan Officers, Loan Analysts, Underwriter, Branches, Loan Servicing, Attorneys and Management to ensure a smooth disclosing process and that all compliance requirements are met on every file.

* Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers and positively contribute to resolving issues in a solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma Required

* 1-2 years' residential disclosing or other mortgage related experience in a collaborative workplace preferred.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

* Experience using Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) preferred.

* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows Environment to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Knowledge of federal and local regulations or ordinances concerning lending activities

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $28.75 - 37/hr. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
