Knowledge Content Coordinator (6-month contract)
Job ID: 102845

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
You'll be part of the Engagement and Knowledge Assets Management (EKAM) team in our Tampa office. EKAM is currently comprised of five members who are part of the larger Knowledge Management & Innovation Capabilities team (KM&IC).
EKAM focuses on knowledge and content management strategy, data curation, knowledge reporting and analytics, taxonomy management, and other knowledge and client data services for the firm.
In this 6-month contract role, you will collaborate on a wide array of daily tasks and special projects typically with other members of the EKAM team, as well as colleagues from the larger KM & IC team. You will interact with colleagues from legal, risk or other departments as relevant requests arise.
You will review documents submitted to internal systems ensuring compliance with firm-issued guidelines to apply metadata on entries for those documents. You will also process client details on records, work on updating the firm taxonomy that appears on the records and respond to requests via EKAM's internal tracker to ensure the scope of engagement records are sanitized.
You will train colleagues across the firm on how to use specific knowledge systems or how to work within the confidentiality guidelines. You will also work in a variety of content management systems and relational databases.
You will work on special projects in new or related areas and may draw upon your expertise in cataloguing and curation, data management, taxonomy and other relevant fields.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Undergraduate degree: Graduate degree in Library/Information Science or another field that emphasizes working with data and related systems is preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3+ years of related experience
  • Expertise in document management and classification or demonstrated expertise in another type of relevant, detail-heavy work
  • Capable of quickly learning proprietary systems
  • Able to multi-task and manage a significant workload effectively under urgent timelines
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of work
  • Team player looking to collaborate on innovative solutions and projects
  • Customer-service mindset
