YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Maintenance/Engineering Superintendent opportunity in our Guymon processing facility. In this highly impactful role, the position will be a key member of the maintenance team in either the harvest, warehouse, or fabrication departments. The superintendent will direct, manage, and coordinate the activities of a team responsible for the maintenance of a 900,000-square-foot fresh pork processing facility harvesting over 21,000 animals per day. This individual will provide leadership and oversight to ensure key performance metrics and efficiencies are attained on each shift while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company policies and standards including food safety protocols.
