Job Overview

As a key member of the North American Aftermarket Product Management team, the Services Program Manager drives strategic growth in spare parts and service across all North American compressor brands and channels. The role focuses on developing and maintaining parts and service offerings that ensure customer compressor systems remain operational throughout their life cycle. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the service offering gate review process, and integrating the aftermarket strategy into new product launches to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities


  • Own the service offering gate review process to evaluate and align new product ideas for market launch.

  • Lead the aftermarket readiness component of the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring seamless integration of service strategies into new products.

  • Manage parts pricing across all compressor brands within CSS-NA.

  • Provide daily lifecycle sales and product support for the aftermarket portfolio, ensuring parts availability and competitive market-based pricing.

  • Support aftermarket product managers to ensure parts loading, fulfillment strategy, and aftermarket readiness for new product launches or service updates.

  • Load and manage parts data for NPD, obsolescence, and ad hoc requests in ERP systems.

  • Generate reports on parts load status, portfolio lifecycle management, and other ad hoc analysis.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts to address challenges and gaps within the service organization.

  • Lead additional projects as needed to support business objectives and professional development.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in aftermarket operations, product management, or competitive strategy.

  • Experience in competitive intelligence, acquisitions, and fulfillment operations.

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Preferences


  • MBA preferred.

  • Preferred: Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors; familiarity with multi-year service agreements and service contract structures; proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
