Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime during busy seasons.

Pay: $20 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Employment Type: Direct Hire.

What You'll Do

As a Moving Coordinator, you'll serve as the bridge between Japanese clients and the moving team-ensuring a smooth, stress-free relocation experience from start to finish. This is an active field position (not warehouse-based) that involves both leadership and hands-on coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and lead residential moving teams during pack-outs, deliveries, and move-ins.
  • Provide bilingual support (Japanese/English) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service for clients.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations.
  • Manage shipment paperwork, documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Translate key instructions between moving staff and Japanese clients.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of furniture such as beds, desks, and shelving.
  • Support moves involving temporary storage or international shipment logistics.



What You'll Bring



  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of logistics, coordination, or operations experience.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak moving seasons (three times per year).
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving company vehicles.
