As part of the Patient Access leadership team, you'll directly influence how patients connect with the care, pharmacy benefits, and resources they need most. The Supervisor of Patient Access oversees the daily operations of the intake team, driving performance, quality, and compliance in benefit verification, prior authorization, and copay processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely access to care while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. You will serve as a key resource for team members and cross-functional partners - resolving issues, improving workflows, and supporting continuous development across the department. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment. The salary for this role will range from $48,700 to $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
