*This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States but must be able to work 9-6pm ET. If near our Atlanta, GA office the role will be hybrid.
Posting Deadline: Wednesday, November 12th We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Supervisor for the Tier 1 Team, responsible for leading and managing two critical functions within the sales support organization: the OEM Enrollments Team and the Contracts Support Team. This role ensures operational efficiency, team performance, and the accurate execution of tasks that directly support revenue generation and customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in Contracts Support and OEM Enrollments processes and service delivery. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
