Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary liaison between 3M and its customers. * Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Handle inquiries related to order status, product information, complaints, pricing, shipping, and inventory. * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams via phone and written correspondence. * Monitor and manage worklists, raising internal tickets to resolve issues related to order management, shipping, product inquiries, and invoicing. * Apply systematic problem-solving techniques to maintain accurate material information and master data. * Support price change activities and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders. * Educate customers on processes and direct them to appropriate resources. * Resolve complex and non-routine customer complaints and inquiries. * Interpret policies and regulations to investigate and resolve service issues. * Identify patterns and barriers to customer satisfaction and propose solutions. * Participate in team meetings and cross-functional reviews to address customer account needs. * Provide training to new employees and contribute to process improvement initiatives. * Lead or participate in cross-functional business teams and act as a project liaison when needed. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Maplewood, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.57/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
