As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a positive environment for all who visit or work there. Your presence and excellent communication skills will support hospital staff, patients, and visitors while you conduct regular patrols and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual circumstances or potential hazards, escalating issues to appropriate personnel as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all activities, incidents, and/or observations during patrols.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries to support a welcoming environment while maintaining security-related awareness.
• Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to support day-to-day operations and respond to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of vaccines is required for hospital assignments.
• Ability to work in a hospital morgue is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
