You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Quickbase Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Quickbase applications and databases that support key business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create efficient workflows, and integrate Quickbase solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance productivity and data accuracy.

The Opportunity:

* Design, develop, and maintain Quickbase applications, forms, dashboards, and reports.

* Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into efficient Quickbase solutions.

* Build and optimize database structures, workflows, and automation to improve business processes.

* Develop and manage Quickbase pipelines and API integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel).

* Implement user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security.

* Create and maintain documentation for applications, integrations, and workflows.

* Troubleshoot application issues and perform ongoing enhancements based on user feedback.

* Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance with company standards and policies.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quickbase application development and database design.

* Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and workflow automation.

* Experience with Quickbase Pipelines, APIs, JavaScript, and RESTful integrations.

* Knowledge of data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation within Quickbase.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

* Preferred Skills:

o Experience integrating Quickbase with third-party systems (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce).

o Familiarity with Excel macros, SQL, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

o Quickbase certification(s) or equivalent training.

o Background in process automation, workflow optimization, or low-code/no-code platforms.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range : $82,000 - $123,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
