Job Summary RWJBH is seeking a Director for APP Administration to oversee Oncology APP operations, Essential Functions The director is responsible for management and oversight of Oncology APPs Duties include but not limited to scheduling, payroll, evaluations, recruitment and education of staff Focus on development of clinical practice using principles that enhance quality and safety in the oncology service line Education Graduate from NP program with certification in adult gerontology or FNP Physician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program Experience 5 to 10 years of clinical oncology experience Prefer 2 to 4 years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical teams Licenses and Certifications Current NJ APN/PA license required NCCPA certification required CDS required DEA required RN required BLS required Additional Information: Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabasHealth, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees' physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
