Aquent is seeking a highly experienced law enforcement professional to step into a pivotal role supporting fleet operations in active deployment markets. This is a hands-on, field-facing position focused on traffic-related incidents, vehicle recovery, and close coordination with public safety agencies. The role requires real-world credibility and investigative expertise to support complex, high-visibility situations and ensure incidents are handled accurately, responsibly, and in alignment with public safety expectations.

As a key contributor, you will support the development and execution of scalable fleet security and vehicle recovery programs as operations expand into new markets. You will serve as a trusted liaison to public safety partners and bring field-level insight that directly informs improvements to operational procedures, emergency response protocols, and overall fleet safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the review, refinement, and execution of vehicle recovery programs, including policy development, safety reviews, training, and operational support

* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and other emergency response organizations.

* Provide training and briefings to first responders on vehicle capabilities, safety considerations, and emergency response protocols

* Support and monitor traffic-related incidents and field investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination with public safety agencies and internal Security, Legal, and Safety teams

* Package investigative materials and facilitate information requests to assist law enforcement and internal stakeholders

* Gather field-level feedback to support continuous improvement of vehicle operations and emergency response procedures

* Review internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with traffic and public safety best practices

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 15+ years of extensive experience in law enforcement, with a significant focus on direct traffic enforcement.

* Possession of an Incident Command System (ICS) certification or completion of advanced courses, coupled with practical experience.

* Demonstrated exceptional communication, training, and relationship-building capabilities.

* Proven experience in conducting technical investigations and effectively liaising with diverse external stakeholders.

* A comprehensive understanding of safety best practices and protocols essential for managing emergencies.

* The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Safety, Transportation, or Emergency Management, and/or certification in traffic safety or investigations.

* An extensive network of professional contacts within public safety and law enforcement agencies.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience at a command level within law enforcement or emergency services.
