The Senior New Product Implementation (NPI) Manufacturing Engineer will be a member of the NPI engineering team. The NPI team is responsible for supporting development of products throughout their entire lifecycle, which includes initial concept through final design and initial production. This may include working from engineering design documents, specifications, and/or prototypes to determine equipment, tooling, materials and methods of manufacture and installation to produce quality products within cost and specification guidelines. As needed, they will identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions for components and systems of existing products. Responsibilities
Provides imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions to a wide range of technical problems involving conventional utilization of manufacturing engineering techniques
