The incumbent in this position has a mastery of the electronic medical record application and the Operational Unit specific workflows. The Associate Training Coordinator is a member of the Application Team. Responsibilities: * Facilitating interactive Epic classroom training sessions, virtually and in-person (as needed) * Providing first level support and computer troubleshooting for registered trainees * Reconciling classroom rosters and sending email communications * Assisting during Go Live events and providing on-site support (as needed) * Supporting our Epic Training Coordinator with administrative tasks * Addressing training registration requests * Maintaining data in the Learning Management System (LMS) * The Epic Credentialed Trainer will assist the Epic Training Coordinator with daily duties. SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. Must be skilled in adult education techniques and the principles of adult learning. 2. Must employ creative approaches to training content delivery, such as simulations, cases, web-based delivery, or other methodologies. 3. Must possess strong verbal and written skills. 4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and other systems. 5. Ability to effectively adapt to changing curriculum. 6. Ability to facilitate classroom, on-line and one-on-one training. This position does not provide patient care.
