Job Overview

The EQS Parts Repair Technician I is an entry-level role that is responsible for performing routine tasks involved in the reconditioning of parts used in the installation, remanufacturing, and repair processes of beverage dispensing equipment. Tasks include (not limited to) prepping, cleaning, disassembling, testing, and packaging of component parts. Based on need, this role may be assigned responsibility for one or multiple tasks at any given time.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepares parts for remanufacturing process which includes sorting, staging, and documenting as prescribed by standard operating procedures
  • Disassemble parts into their components
  • Clean components
  • Perform testing of pumps or other parts that are identified as low complexity
  • Package parts that have passed final testing and inspection
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment through proper housekeeping and organization

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Basic technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using pneumatic and manual hand tools preferred
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Knowledge of the functional operations of fountains and their ancillary components preferred

  • High school diploma or GED

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment (hot in summer/cold in winter)
