SkyWater Technology is searching for a HRIS Analyst for our Bloomington, MN site. The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and scalability of SkyWater HR systems to deliver people-focused processes that support business outcomes. This role serves as a subject matter expert for HR technology, including Dayforce HCM, and implements process improvements to drive standardization and process excellence across the HR organization. The HRIS Analyst reports to the HR Systems Manager and maintains a collaborative relationship with members of the HR Team.



Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the HR systems Manager to develop and maintain a HR Technology roadmap which delivers strong people insights and a customer focused experience.
  • Develop knowledge, expertise, and configuration responsibilities in Dayforce HCM to ensure seamless integration and implementation of additions and enhancements to the system.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the HR team and other internal stakeholders on system-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain standardized HRIS reporting to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and compliance.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within SkyWater systems, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted partner.
  • Stay up to date on HR systems best practices and industry trends to continuously improve SkyWater people processes using technology.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data, Human Resources, IT or related field
  • Minimum 3 years applicable experience supporting Human Resources organizations
  • 6+ years' experience, proven success, in architecture, configuration and management of a human capital management system, Dayforce strongly preferred
  • Experience maintaining user access, roles, and security permissions.
  • Prior experience partnering with HR and Payroll to ensure system configuration supports compliance, efficiency, and business needs.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and improved workflows across HR processes.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, researching, resolving or escalating system issues and proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to support timely and accurate processing of file feeds to vendors in alignment with security and reporting specifications
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

The annual salary range for this role is $91,200 - $136,800. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
