Internship Overview

As a Supply Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the refined fuel industry, learning how products are bought, sold, and delivered. You'll collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot supply chain challenges, analyze data, and create reports that drive decision-making. This internship offers exposure to logistics, pricing strategies, and market dynamics-equipping you with practical skills and industry knowledge to jumpstart your career.

Key Projects

  • Review OPIS price postings as compared to internal low-cost to ensure all potential suppliers are posting
  • Document and collaborate internally on use cases for AI
  • Coordinate an internal project related to data integrations, this R&D phase will set the stage for additional project work in 2027.
  • Validate and update loading numbers in Entinuum with assistance from department staff
  • Collect scoping requirements, document as-is processes, and provide research options on interactions between deal desk and supply for bid process with the focus on finding scale and efficiencies.

  • Develop working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Learn how to apply data analytics to solve complex problems
  • Gain foundational understanding of the Fuel & Logistics Industry
  • Develop basic proficiency in project management

  • Proficiency using Entinuum (proprietary ERP system)

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years of coursework and enrolled in Summer or Fall of 2026 as a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills at the intermediate level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work full-time, onsite in the Houston, TX or Gainesville, GA offices Monday through Friday 8am-5pm from 5/18/26 through 7/31/26
