As the Packaging & Sales Graphics Designer at Tru Fru, you will play a criticalproduction-focused role in bringing our brand to life across packaging, retail, and saleschannels. You will support the Frozen and Freeze-Dried portfolios, ensuring every filethat leaves our team is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. You will collaborateclosely with Brand, Sales, Operations, and external partners to execute packaging,sales enablement tools, and technical artwork at the highest level of quality.

What you will do



  • Execute packaging concepts for Frozen and Ambient portfolios from ideation through final production.
  • Ensure accuracy of claims, nutritionals, ingredient statements, dyelines, and regulatory/compliance content.
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, and QA to confirm technical accuracy at every stage of development.
  • Prepare, release, and manage print- and production-ready files, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and printer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, including color management and printer feedback, to ensure successful execution.
  • Adapt master artwork for size variations, multi-SKU systems, and retailer-specific requirements.
  • Manage packaging partner and agency relationships to ensure smooth handoffs, version control, and execution.
  • Adapt and extend agency-developed creative into production-ready and retailer-specific files.
  • Maintain and evolve the master brand design system, ensuring consistent application of typography, color, photography, and brand architecture across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with other designers to uphold brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Create sales enablement assets-including sell-in decks, sell sheets, planogram mockups, displays, shippers, and retailer presentation materials-to support launches and buyer meetings.
  • Maintain organized templates, packaging archives, and content libraries.
  • Implement efficient systems for versioning, naming conventions, file structure, and cross-team asset access.

You are...



  • A production-minded designer with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfort collaborating with diverse partners (rom Sales to R&D to external printers).
  • Ownership mentality and strong problem-solving abilities.


You have...



  • 5-7+ years' experience in packaging design, production art, or CPG graphics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience preparing mechanicals, working with dyelines, and managing printer feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates packaging experience and clean, consistent design execution.
