Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol designated locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a company or client vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and/or guests.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and site contacts to report issues and relay information as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
