As a GSOC Operator - Grave Shift in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will play a key role in coordinating communications and supporting operations, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as required.
• Operate dispatch systems to communicate with security-related teams and coordinate response efforts throughout the logistics and distribution location.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, communications, and activities using site-specific reporting tools.
• Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials for visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Conduct regular checks of security-related systems and equipment to help to deter unauthorized activities within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to provide consistent support and maintain a visible presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
