Accounting Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Review and approve bank reconciliations and other key account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
• Serve as a key liaison between accounting staff and the Director of Accounting
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage and analyze financial data
• Prepare and review financial reports and analyses as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Proven experience managing accounting staff, including remote teams
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience; previous supervisory experience a plus
• Experience working in a multi-site or distributed organization
• Process improvement or system implementation experience
