As a Security Officer - Patrol - Transportation Facility in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and professional communication will contribute to a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and observe the environment for potential security-related concerns relevant to a tech, media, or telecom setting.
• Communicate professionally with site visitors, employees, and/or contractors, addressing questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
