Security Officer - Aerospace Patrol

As a Security Officer - Aerospace Patrol in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated aero and defense locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site, especially in an aerospace or defense setting.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related operations as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
