Merakey's Children & Family Services (CFS) division provides comprehensive mental health and autism services designed to support children and adolescents through individualized, evidence-based care. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative ABA Center in Dearborn, MI.



This is an exciting opportunity to work in a structured, supportive clinical environment with strong BCBA leadership, electronic data collection tools, and a team that truly values quality care and professional growth.



Salary: Up to $90,000 plus bonus


What You'll Do


  • Manage a clinical caseload of approximately 8-12 children (ages 2-21) diagnosed with autism



  • Conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing case supervision



  • Supervise, mentor, and support behavior technicians



  • Provide monthly parent training and guidance



  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child care



  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation aligned with payer and agency standards



  • Utilize electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior strategies




Schedule


  • Full-time, on-site role at our Dearborn ABA Center



  • Monday-Friday schedule



  • Flexible hours between 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM to support work-life balance
