Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Workday Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team! This is a remote position with preferred residency in KY or IN.

The Workday HRIS Functional Analyst with specialized expertise in Compensation Administration is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday compensation processes to support organizational pay strategies and compliance requirements. Serves as a subject matter expert for base pay, bonus, merit, and incentive programs, partnering closely with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Provides end-to-end functional support including business process framework configuration, eligibility rules, compensation plans, and annual compensation cycles. Leads testing, documentation, and production support for compensation-related enhancements, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and positive user experience. Leverages strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, deliver reporting and insights, and continuously improve compensation workflows aligned with business objectives and Workday best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Workday certifications, especially Workday HCM and other relevant modules can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification highly preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in HRIS configuration and support (requirements gathering, system design, process mapping, testing and deployment), specifically Workday. Knowledge of other HRIS systems is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and customization is preferred
  • Familiarity with best practices in customizing Workday functionalities to meet unique organizational needs.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to HR data, privacy, and security, and the ability to ensure HRIS solutions adhere to these regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems and customer support is preferred
