What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to various areas of the facility.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all dispatch activities and incidents.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as required.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating information and resources for teams operating around the healthcare location and its perimeter.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of all incoming calls and reported incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of hospital-required vaccines is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
