Love clean data, precise processes, and making sure people get paid right and on time? Our HR team is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and service. If you've processed payroll at scale, know your way around Workday (or similar systems), and take pride in getting the details right, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Process multi-state payrolls, including bonuses, retro pay, and special earnings

  • Audit timecards and payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and partner with managers and HR before each payroll run

  • Calculate and process final paychecks, including benefit deductions and accrued time payouts

  • Review overtime, on-call, and payroll reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper costing

  • Administer garnishments and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions

  • Maintain payroll data, records, and compliance within Workday and related systems

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience

  • Experience working in Workday or a similar enterprise HRIS

  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy

  • Comfort working in Excel and reviewing payroll reports

  • Clear, professional communication skills with a service-minded approach

Compensation & Benefits

  • This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000-$69,000 annually, paired with a benefits package designed to support you at work and in life.
